Payment of School Fee

The school is run exclusively on the fee paid by parents. All expenditure, small and big, of the school Fee will be collected during the academic year. Therefore, prompt payment of full fee on time is important.
The following are some of the broad guidelines for the payment of the School
  • The school fee must be paid in full at the beginning of the academic year itself and not later than, 22" May 2023, the day of reopening of the school.
  • In some exceptional cases, school fee is allowed to be paid in two equal instalments-one at the beginning of the academic year (before 22" May 2023) and the other before 30* September 2023.
  • Unnecessary plea and arguments will not be entertained with regard to the payment of school fee.
  • Parents who do not pay the fee promptly will only cause inconvenience to the school and to their own children. We request the parents to desist from defaulting.
  • The school bus fee has to be paid in full for the whole academic year or at the beginning of each month, whichever is convenient to the parents.
  • Penalties may be imposed for the late payment of the school fee. Delay of more than a month may result in the removal of the name of the student from the attendance register. In such an eventuality, the parents will have to seek readmission after paying the prescribed readmission fee.
  • Fee may be paid either in cash or through the digital mode only at the school office. The parents are expected to collect the receipt promptly and preserve the same for future reference.
  • The school fee does not include the cost of textbooks, notebooks, transportation fee, uniform, entry fee for competitions, examination fee (for grade X), excursion charges, photograph charges, fee towards T.C, and other certificates.
  • The parents will have to clear all dues to the school before applying for the transfer certificate. This is a mandatory requirement.
  • All enquiries be made and clarifications may be obtained from the school office only.
  • A child registered for admission after paying a fee will be treated as a Bonafide student of the school. If parents choose to cancel the admission, the fee already paid will not be refunded.
